F.I.V.E.

This post was supposed to be up a week ago but was unfortunately interrupted by a weeks snowboarding in Vermont, hard life I know.

ENJOY

Dan Single Aka Dangerous Dan, a member of famed Bang Gang Dj's and Co Founder Of Tsubi Jeans seems to have it all. This track was realised a few weeks ago, has a bit of a cheesy element to it but cheesy music is always a bit of fun. Its named 'The Ritz' as it features samples from a track produced in 1929 called 'Puttin' on the Ritz', which means to dress very fashionable (just like all the super cool kids hangen out in their super cool clubs who spend vast amounts of money on "zaney" clothing that could be purchased for 50cents from an Op shop). Anyway enjoy as you've gotta love a bit of what Bang Gangs got to offer!

Digitalism argh, just amazing! The German based duo formed in 2004, realising their debut album in 2007 which received much praise from the electronic music world and course everyone I know! This remix is a few years old but was rediscovered when asking myself "When is Digititalism's next bloody album gunna be realised?". Everything Breakbot touches turns to gold and there is no exception with this track, already a winner for me Breakbot gives this that Funk that is synonymous with his production. I Strongly suggest checking out Breakbot's new EP, Baby Im yours.

Zombie Dicso Squad, a duo from London who became recognised for their bangen club nights and mixtapes that circulate are impressing with their studio productions. They've been slammen out originals and a bunch of remixes, exploring and differentiating traditional Figet house. Jesse Rose himself giving props saying that their "one of the most exciting prospects".

Uffie, yeah that crazy hot girl who features on anything cool, namely Justice - The Party. Well she has brought out a rad single, produced by another fellow Ed Banger'n Mr Oizo (heart him). This track just oozes of the same essences that made me fall in love with The Party, lyrics are little out of place on the slight occasion but i like the content and you cant go pass an Oizo production, enjoy!

Suspicious sounding Queen's NY based disco group, Gary's Gang were around in the disco era and had a few goes in the charts but never really enjoyed huge sucess, with their best effort "Keep on Dancin" featuring in both the US and UK's charts. Any body that's a Mr Oizo fan will appreciate this track, probably one of my favourite Oizo tracks, Patrick 122 heavily samples it to make one funky banger. I think also if you add the drums of the intro of Federico Franchi - Cream, you get the start of Patrick 122. Here's all three tracks, take a listen and see what you think.
